Media Computing Lab (MCL)
Turning Insight Into Impact

We stand at the frontier of media and turn possibility into reality.

We study how people make sense of information in a world shaped by multimodal media and artificial intelligence (AI)

Focusing on synthetic media, human–AI interaction, and misinformation, we examine how emerging technologies influence judgment, agency, trust, and understanding over time.

Our goal is to design media and AI systems that help people make more accurate, informed, and socially beneficial decisions.

We welcome highly motivated students who are eager to conduct meaningful research and publish impactful work.

If you're ready to step beyond your comfort zone and help redefine the future of communication, we invite you to contact us!
